L.A. County partners with Ventiv to transform risk and claims technology systems and processes

It’s one of the largest and most complex risk and claims technology deployments ever undertaken by a county government: Los Angeles County’s deployment of Ventiv Claims Management Software as its single-platform solution for risk management, claims administration, disability and leave management, corrective action plans, and legal case management.

Click here for the complete case study, which covers Ventiv’s partnership with L.A. County, one of the nation’s largest by geographic size (4,084 square miles) and the largest by population (nearly 10 million residents).

The case study focuses on how the County’s risk management team is transforming its risk and claims technology systems and processes. By replacing nine systems and manual processes with a single-platform solution, Ventiv Claims, the County will provide line-of-sight into all departments for greater visibility into cost reduction.

Under the direction of Steven T. Robles, assistant chief executive officer overseeing Risk Management and Privacy, the County’s goal is to set a new standard for county governments with a universal, performance-based risk and claims program. According to Mr. Robles, Ventiv is an essential partner in this endeavor: “Working with an experienced provider like Ventiv Technology is an important precondition of achieving our goals and furthering the mission of the County of Los Angeles.”

Risk and claim organizations consistently choose Ventiv for the biggest, most complex software deployments. As with Los Angeles County, Ventiv clients recognize the knowledge, experience, and deep bench the company brings to its engagements. Ventiv’s commitment to successful risk and claims administration software implementations is exemplified beautifully in the County of Los Angeles project.
